UPLAND, Ind. – Taylor women's tennis enters postseason play Tuesday, as the No. 4 seeded Trojans will host the No. 5 seeded Grace College Lancers in the Crossroads League Tournament Quarterfinal. The match will begin at 2:00 pm in Upland tomorrow.

Taylor looks for a similar result from the previous matchup between the two teams. The Trojans were 6-3 winners over the Lancers on September 4, sweeping doubles play to gain the upper hand headed into singles play.

In singles action the two teams each won three matches. Taylor won matches at the heart of its lineup at the No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4 positions. Grace came away with the point at No. 1, No. 5, and No. 6 singles.

Taylor (6-6, 5-3 CL) is coming off a 9-0 win over Cornerstone, while Grace (6-5, 3-5 CL) has been playing well of late, winners of four straight matches dating back to September 18.

If the Trojans are able to defeat Grace Tuesday, Taylor will play the winner between the No. 1 seed Marian and the No. 8 seed Bethel. A Taylor loss will mark the conclusion of the 2014 fall season.
