UPLAND, Ind. – The Taylor volleyball program will host two weekends of skills and development clinics in March, Taylor head coach Holly Motheral announced this week.
The skills clinics will be held on Saturday, March 7th and Saturday, March 14th and will feature a youth clinic for campers in grades 5-8 and a high school clinic for campers in grades 9-12.
The youth clinic will run from 9-11 am and will introduce the game of volleyball while developing existing skills. The camp will cover basic skills, including underhand/overhand serving, passing, setting, and hitting and will feature fun game sand drills to teach basic volleyball techniques. The cost of the youth clinic will be $25.
The high school clinic will take place from 1-4 pm and is designed to continue the development and progression of volleyball fundamentals and techniques, including serving, passing, setting, hitting, and digging. The cost for the high school clinic will be $35.
