UPLAND, Ind.  – The Trojans will get their spring season started this Friday against Ball State in a doubleheader. The first match will take place at 3:30 pm at the Muncie YMCA with the second match set to begin roughly 30 minutes following the conclusion of the opener.


Taylor finished with a record of 3-10 overall in the fall season and was 2-6 in Crossroads League play to earn the No. 6 seed in the league tournament. The Trojans were ousted in the Crossroads League Quarterfinal by the No. 3 seed Grace 8-1 on September 30.


Senior Devin Moore has joined the Trojan roster for the spring season after playing four seasons as a midfielder with the Taylor men's soccer team, being named the Crossroads League Defensive Player of the Year in 2014.


Taylor will receive high-level competition in the matches with the Division I program in Ball State. The Cardinals are in the midst of their primary spring season and currently have an overall record of 4-5.
