Taylor also counted a 90 from freshman Courtney Feagans and a 92 from freshman Grace Elenbaas while senior Lauren Anderson's first round 102 was TU's drop score.

The Trojans finished round one three shots clear of Indiana Wesleyan and just seven shots behind Saint Francis for third place. Marian fired a 336 to take the lead after the first round with Bethel closely behind at 338.
