NEW ORLEANS – The Taylor women's track and field team checked in at No. 19 in the first NAIA National Team Computer Rankings released by the US Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) this week.

The National Team Computer rankings are determined by the USTFCCCA computers using preseason event rankings that include the top marks of the recent NAIA indoor track & field seasons by returning student-athletes and the top marks of the young 2016 campaign. Marks from the outdoor season are not included, nor are marks from incoming freshmen until they compete in a collegiate meet.

Taylor is currently the top ranked team in the Crossroads League with Bethel ranked just one spot behind the Trojans. TU will return to action on Saturday, Feb. 6 with the Trojans compete in the Indiana Wesleyan Invitational.
