UPLAND, Ind. – For a second straight year, the Trojans (2-1-1) and Eagles (0-0-2) played 110 minutes and could not determine a winner, ending in a 2-2 draw on Thursday night.

The Trojans were the first team on the scoreboard after Lewis Nisbet scored a goal in the fourth minute. Gonzalo Iglesias' cross in front of the net set up Nisbet's one-touch score.

Judson responded with a goal of its own in the sixteenth minute to tie the score at one apiece.

Jeremiah Rader broke the 1-1 tie with a beautiful goal in the 42nd minute. He found himself alone on a breakaway against three Eagle defenders and roped a shot into the net just below the crossbar.

The Eagles came back once more to even up the score on a free kick in the 51st minute, which proved to be the final tally of 2-2.

Taylor was not without opportunities, however, as the final plays of both regulation and the first overtime period both ended in shot attempts.

For the game, TU outshot Judson 15-11 and dominated the corner kicks with a 14-5 advantage over JU.

The Trojans will be back in action at Turner Stadium on Saturday at 7:00 pm against Olivet Nazarene (2-1), who won at No. 9 Indiana Wesleyan 4-1 on Thursday.
