WINONA LAKE, Ind.– The Taylor women's tennis team completed a doubles sweep at Grace College Tuesday, helping the Trojans earn a 7-2 victory over the Lancers.

Sophomore duo Molly Fletchall and Taelor Grose defeated Natalia Kurkova and Jenna Jackson 8-4 at No. 1 doubles. At the No. 2 spot, freshman Alexa Kling and sophomore Mikayla Schultz paired for an 8-6 win. TU sophomore Courtney Clark and junior Betsy Jones teamed up to complete the doubles sweep in a close 9-7 battle.

"Sweeping doubles from a very solid conference opponent took the pressure off our singles courts," Taylor head coach Jini Morgan said.

Fletchall, Grose, Schultz and freshman Molly Pile each earned points on their respective singles courts to secure Taylor's 7-2 victory over Grace.

The Trojans (6-3, 3-3 CL) will travel to Hanover College on Thursday, September 22. The non-conference match will begin at 4:30 pm (ET).
