NAIA Release | Trojan Sports Network

KANSAS CITY – The NAIA announced that Saturday's women's soccer match between No. 19 Taylor and RV Marian at Turner Stadium will be the NAIA Network Women's Soccer Game of the Week. The match can be watched live at 7:00 pm on the Trojan Sports Network at https://portal.stretchinternet.com/taylor/.

Both the Trojans and the Knights are tied for second place in the Crossroads League, and the winner would take sole possession of second place in the league standings.

Marian is led by Maria Farmer's five goals, with Logan Bowling and Olivia Annee adding four goals apiece for the MU offense. The Knights are 8-5 overall and 0-2 against nationally ranked teams thus far.

The 19th-ranked Trojans started the season with a program-record nine consecutive victories and now currently sit at 10-1 overall, with the only blemish coming at No. 1-ranked Spring Arbor. TU ranks fourth in the NAIA with eight shutouts on the season. Offensively, Bailey Zehr leads the way for Taylor with four goals and three assists.
