INDIANAPOLIS – The Crossroads League announced its player-of-the-week award winners on Tuesday, and TU's Nikki Zaino was named Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for a second consecutive week.

Zaino scored twice and dished out two assists last week, helping the 18th-ranked Trojans defeat Goshen, 4-1, and (RV) Indiana Wesleyan, 3-1. The junior recorded a career-high two assists in the win over Goshen and netted two of Taylor's three goals in the win over IWU on Senior Night.

Zaino leads the team with seven goals in 2016 and is second on the team in assists (4).

Next on the schedule for No. 18 Taylor (13-1, 6-1 CL) is a match inside Turner Stadium against Saint Francis (6-8-2, 2-4-1 CL) on Wednesday at 7:00 pm. A win for the Trojans would set a new program-record for wins in a season.
