KANSAS CITY – The Taylor University women's cross country team slipped two spots to No. 14 in the fourth NAIA Top-25 Poll of the regular season, as announced by the NAIA on Wednesday evening.
The Trojans claimed 317 points in the latest ratings, marking a 52-point dip over their previous mark. TU battled to a third-place finish at the 25-team Great Lakes Invite on October 22 and continued to pace all Crossroads League programs, with No. 23 Indiana Wesleyan the only other league team to join TU in the poll.
Taylor has now been ranked inside the NAIA Top-25 in 35-straight polls, with 26 top-10 selections during that stretch.
No. 14 Taylor (92-7) will set its sights on a fourth-straight league crown when it takes the course at IWU for the Crossroads League Championships on November 5.
