INDIANAPOLIS – Kendall Bradbury of the Taylor University women's basketball team has been named Crossroads League Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the third time this season, the league announced on Monday.
Bradbury led the Trojans to a come-from-behind win over Judson in the Taylor Christmas Classic finale on Saturday, pouring in a season-high 33 points on 12-of-22 shooting from the floor and ripping down 14 rebounds. The Highlands Ranch, Colorado native was voted to the all-tournament team and selected as the Christmas Classic Most Valuable Player after posting 25.5 points, 15.0 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game in TU's two contests last week. Among NAIA Division II players, the sophomore ranks third in scoring (22.3 points per game), sixth in double-doubles (seven) and 19th in rebounding (9.3 boards per game).
Bradbury and the Trojans (8-8, 3-1 CL) will host No. 25 Huntington (8-7, 2-2 CL) in a Crossroads League tilt on Wednesday at 7:00 pm at Paul Patterson Court.
