HILLSDALE, Mich. – The Taylor women's track and field team wrapped up its final tune-up prior to the Crossroads League Championships on Saturday at the Hillsdale Invitational.


Sophomore Rachel Blagg posted a season best time of 2:17.24 in the 800-meter run en route to an 18th place finish.


Sophomore Plenseh-Tay Sakeuh hit the NAIA B standard with a time of 15.00 to take eighth place in the 100-meter hurdles.


Sakeuh joined with Lenna Klein, Sarah Robinson, and Miriam Wood to clock a sixth place finish in the 4x100-meter relay with a time of 49.03.


Wood also competed in the triple jump, posting a mark of 9.62 meters to take 12th place.


The Trojans will host the 2017 Crossroads League Championships next weekend with action beginning at 3:00 pm on Friday, May 5th
