GULF SHORES, Ala. – The Taylor University women's track and field team had just one event on Friday at the NAIA National Championships as Plenseh-Tay Sakeuh took the track for the 100-meter hurdles.

Sakeuh entered the race looking to repeat her All-American honors from the race in 2016 but clipped a hurdle late to fall off pace and out of contention for Saturday's finals. The sophomore crossed at 15.80 and finished 33rd in the trials.

Hannah Schroder will close TU's schedule at the meet when the senior races in the marathon at 7:00 am (ET) on Saturday morning.
