UPLAND, Ind. – Taylor standout Alec Dutkowski has been named to the PING NAIA All-American team, the Golf Coaches Association of America announced this week.
Dutkowski capped a stellar sophomore campaign with a tie for fourth place at the NAIA National Championship. The sophomore was named the Crossroads League Player of the Year after collecting three victories and eight top five finishes during the 2016-17 season. Dutkowski finished the season with the best scoring average in TU history at 73.2 strokes per round in 33 rounds played.
Dutkowski, who also earned second team All-American honors from the NAIA this season, earned a spot on the PING NAIA All-American second team and was the only Crossroads League player to receive All-American honors.
