NAIA Coaches Top 25 Poll | Bushenll Golfweek Coaches Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo.  – The Taylor men's golf team is ranked No. 13 in the NAIA Preseason Coaches' Top 25 Poll, released this week.


The two-time defending Crossroads League champions, Taylor spent nearly all of last season ranked in the top 25. The Trojans climbed as high as No. 10 and finished the season ranked No. 19 after finishing 19th at the NAIA National Championship.


Taylor returns four of its top five players from last season, including NAIA All-American Alec Dutkowski and All-Crossroads League performers Mitch Lamping, Trey Turner, and Nick Waskom.


Taylor also appeared in the Bushnell Golfweek Preseason Coaches' Top 25 poll, checking in at No. 15.


The Trojans opened the 2017-18 season last weekend with a victory over Indiana Wesleyan in the Grant County Cup. Taylor will be in action again on Sept. 11-12 when the Trojans travel to Brown Deer Park Golf Course in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for the Wolfpack Invitational hosted by Cardinal Stritch.
