AVON, Ohio – TU women's soccer player Bailey Zehr has been named Crossroads League Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced on Tuesday.

Zehr tallied three goals and three assists to lead the 22nd-ranked Trojans to a pair of wins over Roosevelt and Campbellsville last week. The junior netted two goals and handed out two assists for a career-high six points in the 7-1 rout of Roosevelt, followed by an assist and the game-winning goal in No. 22 Taylor's 3-1 victory over Campbellsville.

The weekly honor is the second of Zehr's career, as the Windsor, Colorado native earned the same award the week of August 29 through September 4 during the 2016 season.

Zehr and No. 22 Taylor (3-0) will look to open the season with four-straight wins for the second-consecutive season in its next contest, as the Trojans host No. 9 Columbia (4-0) in a top-25 showdown on Wednesday inside Turner Stadium at 4:00 pm.
