SPRING ARBOR, Mich. - A few close matches did not go Taylor's way on Saturday, and the result for the Trojans was a 7-2 loss to the Cougars of Spring Arbor (4-0, 4-0 CL). Taylor (3-2, 2-2 CL) finishes the three-match week with one league win and two losses.

After falling behind 3-0 after doubles play, TU was able to pick up two victories in the No. 5 and No. 6 singles positions thanks to three-set match wins by Stephen All and Alex Jung. Both All and Jung jumped out of the gate to win set one but then needed a third and final set to seal the win.

"Spring Arbor was a good team, but the result was a little disappointing," noted Coach Don Taylor. "We lost a few close matches, but we were able to pick up two, three-set match wins. Our doubles did not get us off to a great start, and I think that hurt our momentum."

TU will be back to work on Tuesday hosting the Foresters from Huntington University at 3:00 p.m. That match will be live streamed on the Trojan Sports Network.
