CEDARVILLE, Ohio - In non-league tennis action, the Taylor Trojans (4-7, 4-5 CL) narrowly missed picking up their fifth win of the fall by coming up on the wrong side of a 5-4 decision against the Yellow Jackets of Cedarville University (3-0).

Taylor nabbed one win in doubles as Salvador Lo Cascio and Jacob Scott recorded an 8-0 shutout on court three. Other Taylor victories came in singles as Andre Danelli won TU's lone two-set match and Alex Jung and Victor Cheng battled to three-set wins where they were closely contested from start to finish.

"We played much better today than we did on Tuesday," praised Coach Don Taylor. "We just need to find a way to record that winning point, but I am pleased that we played better today and made fewer errors overall."

The final regular-season contest for Taylor is scheduled for Saturday when the Trojans will battle the Warriors of Indiana Tech (2-1) at Kreager Park in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
