KANSAS CITY – The National Association for Intercollegiate Athletics released its fifth NAIA Top-25 Poll of the women's soccer season on Tuesday, and Taylor slipped one spot from No. 20 to No. 21.
The Trojans earned 178 points in the ratings, down from the 181 points they received in last week's poll. TU trails No. 20 Hastings by 26 points and sit 19 points clear of No. 22 Science and Arts. Taylor was joined in the national poll by fellow Crossroads League teams No. 2 Spring Arbor, No. 17 Marian and RV Indiana Wesleyan.
Taylor has now been ranked inside the NAIA Top-25 in 15-straight polls, after entering the rankings for the first time in program history on September 20, 2016.
No. 21 Taylor (8-2, 1-0 CL) will return to action on Wednesday at 4:00 pm, when TU faces Mount Vernon Nazarene (6-2-1, 0-0-1 CL) on the road in a Crossroads League matchup.
